The new partners
Alexandra Skov Jakobsen focuses on corporate M&A transactions and has extensive experience with complex Danish and international transactions across various sectors. She advises private equity sponsors, industrial clients, family offices, and business founders.
Frederik Lenskjold Olsen is specialised in the development and execution of large and complex projects in the fields of energy, infrastructure and construction. He has extensive experience with projects of significant public importance, particularly those related to critical infrastructure and the green transition.
Sara Hanquist Berggren focuses on foundations law and corporate law. She has extensive experience advising Danish commercial foundations on all aspects of foundations law. Sara also advises Danish and international companies on complex corporate law matters, with a particular focus on corporate governance.
